  The service centre hires some unprofessional marketing company to sale their service voucher. The salesperson gave some misleading information to boost her sales. When arrived at service center, we've got turned away instead of offering any solutions. My worst experience with any service center in 15 years.

  Took my car in for a service. They did such a good job. Advised me on a few small problems with the car and fixed them for a reasonable price. Really happy with the experience would happily recommend them to friends and family.

  Idk I thought these guys were really professional. I spent about $500 getting my shocks done a few months back and thought that was pretty good. The second time I’ve come I’ve got my brakes and a wheel alignment done.. but when I got it back it was shaking badly and still veering to the left.

  I asked about it and kelvin said “that’s a balance it’s different” saying the balance was gonna be another $20 to $50.

  I went back but they were too busy. The shaking was getting worse very quickly. I finally found some time to take it back a 3rd time where kelvin to about 10 min to do a balance. I found that they don’t even do the alignment at ABS.. is that why they insist it is a good alignment and charging me $50 for 10 min of their time when I’ve spent well over an hour driving back and forth I know I won’t be using them again.

  From the best mechanic in town (in the previous premises) this business has gone bad in my opinion. I had to make the painful choice of finding a new mechanic after 10 years of loyal patronage. Smeared grease on the center console of my car; tried overquoting me; Id ring and ask if the car is ready to be told no when it was ready (i know as I was working on my laptop under the tree 30 meters away)
